Hey there, I’m Lauren!
nice to
meet you!
I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember - probably since I was five or six. And when I wasn’t taking pictures, I was at an old upright piano, teaching myself how to make sense of sound. Art and music have never been separate parts of my life, they’ve always moved alongside each other.
I grew up surrounded by photographs my dad took over the years. He documented everything. He gave me my first film camera, a purple and yellow point-and-shoot, and we’d go on walks so I could photograph whatever caught my eye.
That’s where it started: not with perfection, but with curiosity.
That curiosity turned into a lifelong creative practice. While I spent years primarily working as a wedding photographer, my work has since expanded into a broader range of visual and creative projects blending photography, music, and storytelling in ways that feel more aligned with how I see the world.
At the core of it all, I still think of myself as an archivist. Whether through images, sound, or creative direction, I’m drawn to preserving moments, feelings, and stories in a way that lasts: leaving you with something tangible to return to, long after the moment has passed.
